刚才几个帖子里说到小孩子容易出事故的事儿，想到应该有个药箱必备药品的清单，去Baby center抄了一个过来，供大家参考，那些防磕防碰的东西我觉得一岁以上才必须备着，有的出门儿也得带，最好在车里放个first aid kit, 一些常用药家里应该备，但是要注意不要放在小孩子够得着的地方，还要定时检查，过了保质期就扔了换新的。
Here are your first-aid kit must-haves:
1. Infant and/or child thermometers (both digital and ear or rectal).

这个温度计从耳朵那里读宝宝的温度,即使宝宝在睡觉也可以使用,不会把宝宝弄醒. 非常好用.
2.Children's and infants' non-aspirin liquid pain reliever (acetaminophen), as recommended by your pediatrician.
其实就是Tylenol, 主要成分是acetaminophen，退烧加止疼，
还有一个相同功能的是Motrin, 但主要成分是ibuprofen，
孩子发烧的话先给一种药，如果不起作用的话，到了下次喂药的时间，可以试另一种，一般来说，两种肯定会有一种起作用。我家老大有几次就是Tylenol没用，Motrin 一下去就退烧了。两岁以下注意要买Infant的，药量和间隔时间一定要看清说明。

3. Topical calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream (1/2 percent) for insect bites and rashes.
皮肤局部止痒药膏(在CVS, walgreen, riteAid这样的药店都可以买到)
4.Rubbing alcohol to clean thermometers, tweezers, and scissors.
5.Petroleum jelly to lubricate rectal thermometers.
Petroleum jelly 就是凡士林
6. An antiseptic skin cleaner, such as Hibiclens (don't use hydrogen peroxide, which causes tissue damage).
7. Antibacterial cream, also for cuts and scrapes.
我也没备这个，查了有几种，应该都可以吧

8. Tweezers for removing splinters and ticks.
9. A pair of sharp scissors.
10. Child-safe sunscreen lotion
11.Child-safe insect repellent.
12.Pediatrician-approved children's-strength liquid decongestant.
我一般买这个，是店里的药剂师推荐的，如果只是鼻塞不咳嗽，可以用Saline
13.Nasal aspirator bulb (not a pointy-ended ear syringe).
这种比较好用
14.An assortment of adhesive bandage strips in various sizes and shapes (for children's sensitive skin, , get the less-sticky kind).
15.Gauze rolls (1/2 to 2 inches wide).
16.Gauze pads (2 by 2 and 4 by 4 inches).
17.Adhesive tape.
应该就是橡皮膏
18.Sterile cotton balls.
19.Cotton-tipped swabs.
20.Mild liquid soap (most antibacterial and deodorant soaps are too strong for babies' sensitive skin).
21.An oral syringe or calibrated cup or spoon for administering medicines to infants and children.
喂药器，一般买药的时候里面会带一个，我用下来还是觉得针筒的比较好用，滴管的也可以
22.A package of tongue depressors for checking sore throats.
23.A hot-water bottle and an ice pack.
hot-water bottle不知道干什么用，不过这个ice pack要备一个，比如说一头撞墙上以后马上敷上，就不会肿得很厉害。要买那种reusable的，用完了放冰箱，可以反复用。
24.A small flashlight to check ears, nose, throat, and eyes.
25.First-aid manual; Janet Zand's Parent's Guide to Medical Emergencies gives advice for handling a wide range of emergencies.
Additional items to include if recommended by your pediatrician:
--Rehydration fluids, such as Pedialyte, to treat infant diarrhea.
拉肚子的时候给孩子补充水分，防止脱水的，有各种口味的，小朋友不爱喝水的话还有像冰棍儿一样的，这个我觉得不用常备，因为有保质期，真拉肚子了临时去买好了，药房里都有。
--Epinephrine injector, asthma inhaler, or other prescription medication if your child is allergic to beestings, peanuts, or shellfish, or if he has some other type of life-threatening allergy.
这个没问题的孩子也不用备
